December 5th, 2016, Washington D.C., TechXact is announcing that Steve Hambruch DCA®, former Data Center Architect for both eBay and Paypal, and Chairman of International Data Center Authority’s Technical Standards Committee, has joined TechXact in the role of Vice President of Global Technical Operations.
Hambruch brings nearly 30 years of data center and information systems design, technical operations, and business leadership experience to the role, which will oversee a variety of technical, education, and business initiatives for the company and its subsidiaries.
Hambruch has served in numerous management roles ranging from Director to President in various technology centric organizations, and his visionary leadership and innovative solutions are perfectly aligned with TechXact's forward looking business model.
In his most recent role at eBay, he was responsible for eBay’s paradigm shifting Modular Data Center program, during a time when eBay tallied a number of notable achievements and innovations in the data center industry, including the design and deployment of the world’s largest modular data center, the development and deployment of the world’s highest density modular data centers, and the deployment of the world’s first major data center powered primarily by on premise fuel cell technology.
