The Excellence Range – PX Racks from SCHÄFER:

In this range, SCHÄFER offers classic network cabinet solutions and server cabinets in depths of 800 and 1000 mm and Widths of 600 and 800 mm. Customers have the choice between complete cabinets, as extremely low-priced basic designs, or solutions with rear doors.

These network cabinets, specially developed for price-conscious customers,provide interesting additions to the standard SP Rack range, thanks to their new frame design.

In this range, SCHÄFER can offer the classical network cabinet solutions as well as server cabinets of 800 and 1000 mm in depth and widths of 600 and 800 mm. The customer has the choice between extremely low-cost complete cabinets, which represent the basic, easy-to-use designs (with rear wall), or solutions including a rear door.

Many of the complete cabinets can be delivered ex works.In addition to complete cabinets, fully customised configurations are also possible, providing the perfect basis for specific projects.

The PX Rack also has the same important assembly benefits - such as the possibility of halving the frame – that make all SCHÄFER cabinets so outstanding.This allows easy installation in any location and the cabinet can be assembled and mounted by one person working alone.

The frame is extremely strong, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 700 K.G.The efficiently designed interior allows 43 Height units to be used in the classic two metre PX Rack! It is also possible for PX racks to be bayed together with SP racks.

Developing a flat-pack version of the SCHÄFER PX Rack is the logical response to the increasing logistics and assembly requirements in the world of network technology. It is based on the SCHÄFER standard low-cost, modular designed PX Rack system, with a frame that can be dismantled and removable doors and side panels. The flat pack cabinets are designed and packaged to enable three units to be transported on one pallet. Individual cabinets can be transported as flat units in small trucks, requiring a minimum of space. The necessary installation and assembly work is kept to a minimum and the comprehensive range of standard accessories enables the racks to be extended according to individual needs.
