EUROPANEL:
The Europanel® system has been developed as a ‘total external wall’ solution, with ‘built in’ passive fire resistance, and is cleverly designed to be integrated with glazing, doors and louvre components. Modular flexibility in 50mm increments between 300mm and 1200mm provides greater freedom for architectural expression and is unique to Eurobond’s flagship product.
Standard horizontal 5mm shadow line joints can be expressed with the addition of a premier gasket to create 12mm joint, creating the impression of a wider uniform frame around individual panels, and all can be finished with an external Satin Line (Micro rib) or Flat profile..

In addition, all Europanel® systems can achieve a structural integrity with spans in excess of 6 metres, substantially reducing the need for secondary steelwork. This allows for rapid construction and the early commencement of internal works, greatly reducing building costs and complexity. All Eurobond panels are manufactured to create a weather tight system, helping to increase the thermal performance of a building in line with Building Energy Performance Directive 2003. |

Available in Satin Line (Micro Rib) profile finish only, this system is manufactured from a lower density stone wool core, offering increased thermal performance.

ROCKSPAN:
Rockspan® is Eurobond’s cost effective external wall panel solution, providing ‘built in’ passive fire protection for large scale buildings. It can provide up to 4 hours fire resistance, both integrity and insulation, helping to increase life safety and business continuity in the event of a fire.
The through fixed joint detail enables simple and fast construction, eliminating wet trades and promoting single component through wall construction. Rockspan® can be installed both vertically and horizontally, and is ideal for application within the industrial sector. |
The Rockspan system is available in a variety of styles:
Rockspan Lite®, is manufactured using the lowest density core of the Rockspan® range. The panel system achieves up to 90 minutes fire performance without the need for joint stitching and is only available in a Satin Line (Micro Rib) profile finish. The lower density core offers increased thermal performance whilst maintaining spanning capabilities due to the structural nature of the stone wool insulation..

Rockspan Extra®, is available in both a Flat and Satin Line (Micro Rib) profile finishes. Manufactured using a higher density core than Rockspan Lite®, Rockspan Extra® is able to provide up to 2 hours fire performance with increased acoustic performance and spanning capabilities.

Rockspan Ultima®, offers the most comprehensive fire performance of the entire Eurobond panel range. Up to 4 hours fire resistance can be achieved through the combination of joint stitching and maximum core density. This comprehensive system encourages greater spanning capabilities and advanced sound reduction, without compromising on design freedom. It is available in both of Satin Line (Micro Rib) and Flat profile finishes.

FIREMASTER:
The firemaster® system has been developed as a ‘total internal wall and ceiling’ solution ideally suited for the construction of non load bearing internal partition walls, and ceilings. The approved system provides a tested fire resistance in order to perform as internal firewalls, ceilings or compartmentation walls, and is designed to be integrated with Eurobond’s Firemaster doors for a complete fire resistant solution.
All Firemaster® wall and ceiling panels are insulated, sealed and available with a food safe coating; providing a smooth, anti-static internal surface. This panel system is ideal for use in food processing and storage applications, along with micro electronics facilities and pharmaceutical applications, where protected zones or clean rooms are often required.

Firemaster® Wall Lite, gives the optimum balance between fire performances, cost, weight, and has been designed specifically as a practical, contractor friendly solution. Easy to install, Firemaster® Wall Lite acts as a superb internal lining, wall or partition and can provide up to 90 minutes fire resistance.
Firemaster® Wall Extra has undergone extensive research to become a class leading fire rated wall panel, exclusively designed for internal use providing up to 2 hours fire resistance. Durability, structural integrity and fire performance were at the forefront of this systems development. Thoroughly proven and tested, this panel system is ideal for a wide range of applications.
Firemaster® Wall Ultima has been developed in conjunction with Rockwool to provide the perfect solution for compartmentation of high risk areas where up to 4 hours fire resistance is required. This panel system can help to increase life safety and business continuity in the event of a fire, thanks to the integrity of its insulation and is ideal for use in data centers.
Firemaster® Ceiling is a class leading fire-rated ceiling panel suitable for both walk on (access and maintenance) and non walk on use. It’s the ideal solution to compartmentalise a building when stock protection and life safety are a priority as it can provide up to 2 hours fire resistance.
